Local Voices for Obama is a non-profit group working with Truth and Hope PAC, to produce a series of 60 second ‘commercials’ featuring local voices in support of Obama. It’s an attempt to reach real people via real people in real ways in critical swing states. It’s really an amazing project – and all of the production is being donated by very talented filmmakers.
Our hosts here in Fallon, Keith and Nyla, were selected to be filmed last week and their commercial was released last night.
Here, meet our amazing host family and see a bit about what our turf here in Fallon is like:
It’s really well done – and how super cool!!
Local Voices is now accepting donations to get theses spots aired. $35 airs these on local stations.. it’s a really effective way to add positive programming about Obama out there to the people still making decisions. If you can donate, please do so by clicking the above link to Local Voices for Obama (and see some of the other local voices that need to be heard).
